• Delivery Scheduling
  Upon placing an order and selecting a preferred delivery time slot, please note that due to pre-existing commitments, your selected slot may already be fully booked. In such instances, we will contact you to suggest alternative delivery times or offer the option for order pickup. Should the alternative options not meet your needs, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Customer Responsibility
