Sweet Temptations Baker Coffee Shop LLC understands that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs while maintaining fairness and quality assurance in our service delivery. The following outlines our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds:

Order Cancellation and Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel any order  due to unavailability and issue a refund within 2-3 working days. The customer will be notified by suitable communication channels.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Sweet Temptations Baker Coffee Shop LLC operates under a no-refund policy for cancellations. Instead, customers choosing to cancel their order will be issued a credit note. This credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation and can be used for future purchases with us.
  • To cancel an order, customers must submit their cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be accepted, and the order will be considered confirmed. The product will be prepared and invoiced for pickup or delivery as initially scheduled.


Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are granted under specific conditions: if the customer orders a product that is unavailable or if Sweet Temptations Baker Coffee Shop LLC is unable to produce the ordered product by the requested date and time. Under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
  • In the unfortunate event that a product is received damaged, and the issue is immediately reported to our staff upon delivery or collection, Sweet Temptations Baker Coffee Shop LLC will endeavor to rectify the fault by either offering a replacement product or issuing a full refund for the amount paid towards the damaged product.
  • All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment to ensure a transparent and straightforward transaction.
